Been a patient for 6 years and Gerry is the best GP I’ve never had. Phone service is often spotty and it’s nearly impossible to get a hold of his medical assistant. Overall great service!
Dawn, the billing manager, put me on hold for 15 minutes and then just left me for her voicemail. I tried calling back because the matter is urgent but nobody answered or returned my voicemail. Horrible and careless service.
