Worst company. Don’t rent from them. I was renting an apartment downtown and my heat was out for three months in the middle of winter. They did not fix it and provided me a mini space heater that kept throwing my breaker out. I would be taking a shower and had to get out to go outside in the snow to the back yard to flip my breaker back on. I kept letting the management company know what was going on and they didn’t care. Update:2026, Still love Vista property management.We moved in with not the best application.They gave us a chance with a little higher deposit. We've been with them 7 tears and we couldn't be happier. They're fair, but they don't want to deal with continuous issues just like anybody else. If you're straight with them, they'll be straight with you. Treat there properties with respect and they're great. The owners of these properties are they're priority as it should be.
