We have been without hot water for over 8 dayd and they're not doing anything about it!
This management company is by far the worst. living in the condos on woodward rd that they happen to manage is beyond disgusting. Why pay condo fees? for the dumpsters to be overflowing, the hallways smelling like death, mattresses thrown wherever because the people they let in are just as bad as they are, or maybe its the critters coming in from the other units that they never bother to take care of, and lets not forget about the dead rats left in the parking lot.
