We have been residents at Vista La Costa for nearly 7 years. Obviously we are happy here. One of reasons we have stayed so long is Stasya Day (property manager). Regardless of the issue; an appliance on the fritz, plumbing etc. She is very responsive and she works with service professionals who get here quickly, resolve the matter and respectful of our time and space. I lived in these homes for just over a year and could not be more satisfied with the experience. Not only are the homes affordable and kept up well but the management was always excellent and fair. Stasya Day, my landlord, went out of her way to make our time there wonderful in every way. I don’t have a single negative thing to say.
I've lived at Vista La Costa for just over 4 years. While I've struggled with a couple of difficult neighbors, the one thing that I've never struggled with is the amazing property manager, Stasya. Stasya always makes things right. My condo is beautiful! Hardwood floors, views of the Omni golf course, sunset views and perfect canyon breezes. We have lived here for several years and couldn’t be happier! Stasya, the property manager is the absolute BEST! I actually told her when we renewed our lease that I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else because she is so good to us. Always responsive and very quick to remedy any situation that may arrive. The property is beautiful and well maintained and our place is spacious and has a beautiful view.
We have lived at Vista La Costa for several years. Stasya has been a fantastic property manager. She has been very responsive, communicates well and has always been professional.
