I had a great experience buying my ZX10R. They we able to schedule me in and out quickly for my 600 mile service. Very happy with my new bike and Jim & Terri made the whole experience a happy one. I just had some warranty / recall work done and I couldn't be happier with service. It was done quickly and professionally.
This is a terrible company I paid them 450$ to install a power comander and they put it on wrong first and killed my battery I brought it back and they "fixed" it I specifically did they tune it and they said yes and lied to me I had another shop look at it cause I didn't feel any difference in the bike and it had no time I asked for the labor money back sence the messed my bike up the guy told me to fuck off and hung up
Terri and Jim and staff have been absolutely awesome in the purchase of our bike. Hats off to the service department for all that they have done under crunch time schedules. First class service and communication have made my purchase more than worth it. We live in Mo. However all our motorcycle or atv purchases will be made in Ohio. We are sold on this place. Can't wait to do biz with you all again! Until my wife wants a faster bike...lol. Thanks guys!
Best motorcycle shop. Everybody there is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Service department is great and always quick.
Bought my 05 ninja there and just bought my wife's 2013 900 Classic LT there. Great customer service and repair department is fantastic. Will keep coming back.
They do great work. Always have, and good prices. Always have taken my bikes there.
