Although the build took a few weeks longer than initially expected, the final finishes and the extra fence definitely made up for it! We are so happy we decided to build with vista, they are excellent to work with, very responsive and they own the issues, not brush over like others may. Linda and Jason, both, have been more than accommodating and honest. Many thanks!!!
We purchased our home from Vista Homes in December 2021 and recently experienced a catastrophic sewage backup. Licensed plumbers determined our main sewer line was crushed directly beneath a tree planted during construction, something that points to a serious site-planning or installation error during the construction phase. We have had a very frustrating experience with Vista as neighbors to one of their construction projects. While we understand that construction can be disruptive, the lack of consideration and communication from Vista has been unacceptable. We have contacted Vista multiple times to share concerns, and while they say they are making improvements, the same issues continue to happen.
