Toured a number of their new homes during my search and was consistently impressed by their tasteful design choices and quality building materials. Sales Rep Linda Goss was friendly and knowledgeable, fantastic to work with. Happy with my new place!
We have had a very frustrating experience with Vista as neighbors to one of their construction projects. Licensed plumbers determined our main sewer line was crushed directly beneath a tree planted during construction, something that points to a serious site-planning or installation error during the construction phase. Be AWARE. Vista is a joke of a builder. They will sell you a home at a premium price but with poor quality. Have had numerous issues in a 5 year old home. They will take no responsibility and leave you out to dry.
We have been in our Vista Home for over a year and still can’t believe we’re fortunate enough to live here! Their attention to detail and high end finishes immediately caught our eyes. Vista provided us with our dream home at an incredible value. A recent appraisal estimates that we have gained $70,000 in equity already. If you are looking for a beautiful, quality home in some of the hottest areas in Charlotte I highly recommend you look at a Vista Home.
