We have had a very frustrating experience with Vista as neighbors to one of their construction projects. While we understand that construction can be disruptive, the lack of consideration and communication from Vista has been unacceptable. We have contacted Vista multiple times to share concerns, and while they say they are making improvements, the same issues continue to happen. We purchased our home from Vista Homes in December 2021 and recently experienced a catastrophic sewage backup. Licensed plumbers determined our main sewer line was crushed directly beneath a tree planted during construction, something that points to a serious site-planning or installation error during the construction phase. We’ve had to excavate our yard to replace the line and are now dealing with extensive interior damage, including sewage contamination, mold remediation, and full replacement of our downstairs flooring. ... read more

We have been in our Vista Home for over a year and still can’t believe we’re fortunate enough to live here! Their attention to detail and high end finishes immediately caught our eyes. Vista provided us with our dream home at an incredible value. A recent appraisal estimates that we have gained $70,000 in equity already. We love our Vista Home! The Vista team was easy to work with and very responsive. We found a lot and worked with Vista through the semi-custom process. It was perfect as we were able to save some costs compared to a custom build, not have to stress about every little detail, but still had enough flexibility and design choices to make it ours! We get complimented often on the quality of our finishes, appliances and details which were all standard in a Vista home!
