We have had a very frustrating experience with Vista as neighbors to one of their construction projects. While we understand that construction can be disruptive, the lack of consideration and communication from Vista has been unacceptable. We have contacted Vista multiple times to share concerns, and while they say they are making improvements, the same issues continue to happen.
