We have been with this dental office for 5 years and would have given 4 stars until last year. Very unprofessional! The dentists are good but the staff has become rude. They no longer care about their patients!
This place is first rate and totally 5 star! The staff is friendly and caring. The run a really smooth operation. I have been amazed that your appointment time is met on their end! NO waiting for service. Then the service is professional and also fast and caring.

I love Vista Hills Family Dental. From the moment you walk in till the moment you walk out it is professional, proficient, and very accommodating. Me, my wife and 3 kids are more than satisfied with the staff and doctors. Courteous and polite staff greet you when you walk in, the doctors are very informative and gentle with the kiddos which is what I love the most. Scheduling has always been prompt and without any problems. I highly recommend Vista Hills Family Dental to anyone. Great place!
I needed a root canal done and was originally referred to Westside Endodontics on Mesa. They offered no flexibility and told me that the next available appointment was in 2 weeks and the cost would be $590 (how they were able to give a quote without seeing me I still don't know). Everything is great EXCEPT scheduling. If you call in to schedule, you may get VIRGINIA. This employee has a severe chip on her shoulder. She wil not assist and is easily annoyed with you. Try to ask for anyone else to schedule you. She does not assist with appointments, giving you what she wants to give you. If you have to call to reschedule, she will make it very, very difficult.
