Very unprofessional staff, especially **** *****. The office not only has poor communication with their patients but among themselves. Received multiple calls to schedule unnecessary appointments based off misinformation. Only to show up for no reason (this has happened more then once) no apology offered or ensured it wont happen again, because it did. We have been with this dental office for 5 years and would have given 4 stars until last year. Very unprofessional! The dentists are good but the staff has become rude. They no longer care about their patients!

This place is first rate and totally 5 star! The staff is friendly and caring. The run a really smooth operation. I have been amazed that your appointment time is met on their end! NO waiting for service. Then the service is professional and also fast and caring.

Quality Excellent The best Dentist in town!! Great customer service. Never have to wait to be seen. Awesome staff!! Up to date on the latest tech. Dr. Alvarez has recommended a great orthodontist and is working with him to help me get the best possible treatment! Vista Hills Family Dental always goes above and beyond the call of duty!! Thanks for bringing to El Paso an upscale and friendly place to do business.

I love Vista Hills Family Dental. From the moment you walk in till the moment you walk out it is professional, proficient, and very accommodating. Me, my wife and 3 kids are more than satisfied with the staff and doctors. Courteous and polite staff greet you when you walk in, the doctors are very informative and gentle with the kiddos which is what I love the most. Scheduling has always been prompt and without any problems. I highly recommend Vista Hills Family Dental to anyone. Great place!

I needed a root canal done and was originally referred to Westside Endodontics on Mesa. They offered no flexibility and told me that the next available appointment was in 2 weeks and the cost would be $590 (how they were able to give a quote without seeing me I still don't know).
