Whoever decided to block off 11th with a big yellow gate should not only be fired, they should be criminally prosecuted. This hinders both local and federal employees. This slows USPS mail routes, delivery drivers, and trash collectors, not to mention the safety hazard to EMS and firefighters. That exit needs to be open.
I love these apartments, it is so nice and clean with beautiful landscaping. The apartment manager and maintenance man are so easy to work with . Been living here for for over 6 years !
Absolute scam. Our apartment flooded and they hired a person to come in and clean it, when I got home, my Xbox and engagement ring were missing. I KNOW I was not the first complaint and management STILL hires that crook. Not to mention, they charged us $1000 to move out for urine fees that were caused because they refused to replace the old rusted pipes which burst and flooded our floor (above incident) with sewage water. The landlord constantly violates the lease agreement, and is almost never in office during office hours.... read more
