If I could give them a zero rating, I would. Take what they say at face value and expect them to go back on their words! All documentation they give you, they don’t stand by. Good luck! They don’t have your best interests at the center of their business.

Nice location and apartment. However, it was hard not to feel taken advantage of with the added fees throughout the 3 years of living there. Leasing office workers came off greedy by putting a lot of pressure to sign a lease 6+ months in advance, and pressuring tenants to move out before their lease is up. After years of loyalty, they refused to work with me for a special request that they had granted to others in the past.
