I LOVE the staff here, especially Alicia and the assistant manager Stephanie. They have gone above and beyond for me and to make sure that me, and their other tenants have a positive experience!! So far, me and my family feel at home here and we hope to stay here for years to come Thank you Vista Haven Staff for being AWESOME!! 🤩 Update: The new staff are AMAZING! I have been waiting nearly 4 months for my security deposit returned. I moved out of my apartment 5/31 and called the leasing office 6/2 to give them the updated forwarding address. After waiting 6 weeks I called 7/14 and spoke with Alicia in regards to not receiving my refund yet, she said the forwarding address was never updated, that she would email corporate to have it fixed & sent out and also sent me a copy of my move out statement with the refundable security deposit balance. My experience with living here has been great. Jennifer is such a Superb Manager. She really stays on top of making sure that my requests are taking care of in a timely matter . I really appreciate Jennifer.
Absolutely wonderful place to live! Community is kid and pet friendly. Plenty of parking. Grounds are well kept and illuminated at night. Amenities are great, nice pool, workout facility and playgrounds. Office staff and maintenance crew are outstanding. Location is perfect too. Close to highway, shopping, and restaurants. Highly recommend.
