Charge me $325 for an oil change the was supposed to $275. BEWARE!! Their total loss department is a hassle to get ahold of! A complete waste of time. Including their policy for GAP! I just need to receive a Lein release letter for my truck. I stay on hold for more than 20 minutes just to get hung up on! this is absolutely ridiculous and I regret choosing to finance with Ford. This is the worst experience ever!
