Welcoming, Friendly staff take time to explain conditions.
Had a great visit at their new location by Target. Really nice facility and the Dr and staff were very nice and professional and I felt no pressure to buy new glasses and was given my prescriptions with no trouble. Highly recommend. Shout out to Felicia for her assistance and just overall bubbly, friendly, and honest attitude, (hope i got the name and spelling correct) who made picking out glasses fun.
Had a really good experience
I miss the old place. The receptionist at the new place is very rude and loud. Back staff is much nicer and they give good service.
