Ms.Paula and Dr. Chu, is awesome people, they took time with me, and shared a lot of positive feedback with me about why I was here, and needed glasses, and much more of sharing how my health (eyes)can be life changing, by doing the right thing, Thank you ladies for a Great Visit!!!
I like Dr Chu, just fine. The receptionist has been nice However, the goal being new contacts is still not achieved I was able to pick up a pair a couple of weeks after my appointment, but I did not care for them I called to set up trying a different type My work hours don't align The last time I was able to go to the office and pick up a different pair of trial contacts, instead of picking up contacts I had a glaucoma test and then ended up sitting in the office until I no longer had time to get the contacts I've never need... read more

Dr chu saved my life
She's definitely got passive-aggressive issues.she kept saying she cant give me a hard prescription. That I need a follow up. I need to get my eyes dilated at an extra charge but she won't tell you till you get charged. Lady at front said $109 unless she asked to have eyes dilated. Wich she apparently tells everyone for the extra charge. Won't be going back and getting new prescription somewhere else. She just wants you to come back to charge extra.shes a scammer.beware before you go. I felt like walking out at first but was... read more
