Dr. Chu is unpleasant and rude, she lied to me like many others. She said i “Had” to have my eyes dilated to get a prescription and that is false. She tried to say yoga would fix my eye sight and that I needed to breathe and it must be hormonal issues. She would not stop talking and as many of the other reviews have stated. She made me pay 115 dollars but refused to give me a prescription and when I argued with her she treated me like I was stupid and talked down to me. Please do not ever go here!

Ms.Paula and Dr. Chu, is awesome people, they took time with me, and shared a lot of positive feedback with me about why I was here, and needed glasses, and much more of sharing how my health (eyes)can be life changing, by doing the right thing, Thank you ladies for a Great Visit!!!

I like Dr Chu, just fine. The receptionist has been nice However, the goal being new contacts is still not achieved I was able to pick up a pair a couple of weeks after my appointment, but I did not care for them I called to set up trying a different type My work hours don't align The last time I was able to go to the office and pick up a different pair of trial contacts, instead of picking up contacts I had a glaucoma test and then ended up sitting in the office until I no longer had time to get the contacts I've never need... read more
