Candice provides outstanding customer service! I recently brought my 89 year old mother to get new glasses and Candice demonstrated the kind of customer service that all public facing companies should strive to teach and engender with their customer service representatives. My mother is frail, elderly, and afflicted with Parkinson's but Candice made her feel like she was the most important person in the room. Thank you, Candice!

Her staff member Angie is also a great addition to the team using her expertise to help make for an outstanding customer experience. I also appreciated how Candice shares her knowledge and does an excellent job of explaining everything with precise expertise and Always greeting everyone with a Smile and She’s the type of person that strives to give each and every single person a great experience… 5 ’s for a team that offers a job well done
