From my mom’s experience: One of the receptionists was extremely unprofessional. She told me that my insurance was very cheap and didn’t cover much. When I asked her what my copay will be, she just kept repeating that my insurance was “very cheap”. Then in the middle of our conversation, the phone rang, she proceeded to pick up the phone and put up her hand to my face as to say “be quiet”. Vanessa wins the gold trophy for customer service. She helped my daughter, who was feeling rather self conscious and nervous, get a pair of frames with both genuine care and experience that left her feeling beautiful. It was like watching an artist dote over her. And while we were there, I saw her treat everyone with the same care, dignity, respect, and expertise.
