It’s not quiet Not at all. I live next to a man that does nothing just make noise hour after hour day after day week after week month after month. It’s like been in the twilight zone. Sometimes I just want to take a bottle of pills and go to sleep just not to listen to the noise. They have send him letters but he just will not stop.I got tired of recording the sound, because I get nightmares. I never thought ever in my life at my age I be in this suffering condition.
