Walls are like cardboard ,so you get to hear the next door neighbor. They do raise the rent every year. I moved in here 30 days later my rent went up $55.00. Other than that the apartments are really nice,clean, lots of amenities. The administrator really try’s hard to help. In my case it has not work. I live next to a man that starts making sound like drums at 7am ends at 11pm. 3 letters has been send and he tells the office, he does not know what noise I’m taking about.
