Honestly the only thing it has going for it is cheap and utilities included. Although the ownership has recently changed hands and as can be expected, they upped the rent without adding any value for the tenants. The current management "has multiple properties" and use it as an excuse to not have set hours to be in office. Really fun if you're needing to pick up a package. The worst management team possible currently. They are extremely unprofessional. They will take your payment and say that they never got it. Threaten to evict you. Break your lease. Will refuse to give you managements number. They are crooks. Be very careful if you decide to come to Vista Del Rio apartments.
Excellent place to live, best part is the management. They are very fair ,friendly and proffesional. Highly recommended!
