Would buy or sell a house with These people for 1 million bucks. They are selfish, Nozi like, troublesome idiots. I know people who have had the same problems with them. BEWARE!!
It's a beautiful well maintained park with bubbling brooks, ponds and,of course, ducks. We enjoy the gorgeous heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi almost every day of the year. There is a Finnish sauna and a well equipped gym. Soon our kids will be able to play in the new playground which is being built. We love the mountain view from our living room window and the many beautiful tall trees. We are enjoying our neighbors and are very happy with the small community feeling in Vista Del Lago.
Privet pool, with hot tub and little cold dunk, and a sauna, Plus work out room small play ground, dog park, ponds, laundry if you don't have your own, and RV/Trailer storage. LOVE this place!!!!
You monthly space rent will be $600 to $700 per month + water+garbage+utilities...and it goes up every year, in addition to your mortgage payment...re sale value will go down over time...better to buy real property like a condo or home. Possums and skunks live there too.
