The people that answers the phone at this facility is so rude. They hang up in your face. Don’t share information. How rude can you be to people. If they are rude to people on the phone, I can imagine how they’re treating their guest their patients the seniors if you’re nasty and mean you’re nasty and mean to everyone…… People try to hide behind smiles but if you are rude mean person, you’re just rude and mean…
I would highly recommend Avista senior living for your new home as witnessed by myself the daily and nightly care given By courteous, staff and an experienced professional nurse Michelle McKay went above and beyond her job everyday for my mom who had some rough days medically but the entire facility stepped up to help and I'm very greatful. My name is Anna and I provide a service for Avista. I have witnessed on several occasions where the residents make a concerted effort to welcome new residents and staff. The staff is genuinely happy and the residents are a reflection of how well the facility is managed. The camaraderie between staff and residents makes for a healthy atmosphere as well.
AVISTA is a truly special place. I'm actually in the process of looking for the ideal.living environment for my mother, and I was simply elated with my experience here. Warm atmosphere. Avista is a wonderful home. They truly care for there residents and family. My only regret is that we didn't find them sooner.
