A serious warning to everyone: stay far away from this builder. The quality of their construction is extremely poor. Even during the warranty period after the house is completed, they will do everything possible to avoid taking responsibility. They ignore phone calls and emails, refusing to address necessary repairs. They used to be based in Dandenong South and have now moved to Pakenham — do not be fooled. Let this be a strong and clear warning: never, ever choose them.
Doesnt pay his trades
Very slow.. don’t regret much in life but letting them build is one of them.. poor professional etiquette once contract is signed.. don’t always support local.. may bite you in the bum

Huge leaks due to builder's fault but refuses to take responsibility! The plumbing works to my new home were done so recklessly that they didn't even bother to seal in the pipes (no sealant or other safety measures taken, nothing aligned with regulatory plumbing standards anyways). This caused a huge leak which permanently damaged tens of thousands of dollars worth of expensive furniture as well as the property itself.
