Horrible service! One time when I was going to get dental services, I was called shortly before, saying it couldn't be done, because I had to have an exam first! Also another time a worker wasn't able to draw blood and I had to sit and wait for another, but I left.
AWFUL MANAGEMENT, AWFUL SERVICE, VERY DISORGANIZED, employees can barely speak English !!!! They always screw the appointments !!! Increíble that this place still open for patients ….
The chiropractor here is amazing. However, there is only 1 doctor I will trust from here to see me and that's Dr Pudol. He really listens to people. The rest of the staff could use some major upgrading. I cant tell you how many times I have said I need an appointment with Pudol and they schedule me for Dr ong. Now, Dr Ong I've seen before , I had a boil issue and was put on antibiotics to resolve it. 2 weeks later, still there. He gave me 2 more weeks of antibiotics with nothing to counteract from stomach issues. Turns out, ... read more
Half their phone lines don't have someone to pick up the phone at the other end. Been trying to get a prescription refilled for 6 days. They have been faxed numerous times
