When I moved into Vista Commons everything in the apartment was already broken. The towel holders in the bathroom fall off, the toilet paper holder falls off, the air-conditioning had never been replaced or ever gotten a new filter, the air-conditioning was broken and it literally would freeze up and then leak and there would be ice cubes and leaking water coming from the ceiling the walls and the floor. Beware! Do your research first!
Why is it that every single time I go to the office to retrieve a package or turn in my rent check, the door is locked? Even during normal office hours, the office is constantly closed with the open sign turned around. It’s a little ridiculous. I pay my rent every month on time, I should be able to come to the office during the open office hours and be assisted. It’s honestly ridiculous.
Great place to call home. I have lived here 4 years and it was a mess when I moved in. Since then the new management has made many improvements, including the new pool, which has made living here much more pleasurable. I am happy to enjoy my home with friends and family again.

Great community......office staff very professional awesome floor plans with great prices!!!
I have done work there over 3 months ago and they still have not paid me. I would stay far away from this place and their owner Phil!! The same goes for Sharonridge Apts which he owns.
EXCELLENT PLACE TO CALL HOME!
