Today I stopped in at Vista with one of my friends to inquire about magnifying glasses for my 94 yr. old Mom who has glaucoma and has lost much of her site. Sophia and I think the name was Roberto(forgive me if I got your name wrong) were such a pleasure to meet.They were so compassionate and kind and answered all of our questions . So glad we took the time to stop by..I will definitely bring my Mom in..Thank you again for your knowledge and making us feel that our needs were important..
Everyone is friendly and very supportive. I have been going since 2013 for many of their services including counseling, support groups, assistive technology, assistive devices, outdoor excursions, art classes, workshops, and much more. I felt lost after my injury that left me visually impaired, and found hope at the Vista Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired. They provde a sense of family there.
