We stayed here through Airbnb. The place itself was beautiful but did have a knat problem. But the resort was great the pool was amazing. The only thing was the rain storms and we had to keep getting out. But they kept us safe

MY SON HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THE WATER PARK, Particularly the splash pad. He had an accident & children have accidents as you could imagine. The problem was not the accident, it was the way it was handled. Not only did ADULT staff members join in on the pointing & laughter (it was children laughing and pointing as expected.. they are CHILDREN) but they completely made my child feel uncomfortable during the whole situation. I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the service; it was very peaceful. It’s great to be able to come back after visiting the theme parks, relax by the pool for a day, and then head to the Disney parks the next day. The bathrooms, gym, game room, and dining area were all excellent. I do have one minor note regarding the pool area: there are spots where water pools and mold develops, making the surface very slippery.
