Great views, but significant maintenance and management issues. If you are considering moving here, my best advice is to demand a recorded walkthrough and a detailed checklist before signing anything. Once you take over the unit and they have your funds, management’s willingness to assist seems to disappear. We moved into a unit that clearly hadn’t been cleaned well; the bathtub was covered in paint drips, and despite asking management several times to take a look, they have refused and won't even offer a professional cleani... read more
