Had a 10-1 appointment window for a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon. They didn't show up and didn't call to tell me they weren't showing up.even after I called the office.
After my first cleaning, Vista Carpet Cleaning reached out and offered to come back and make sure everything was just right. Their customer service has always been excellent, so I agreed to have them return. This time, Frederick worked hard and managed to remove the beverage stains from my living room carpet, plus the bedroom and office carpets looked much cleaner than before. Vista Carpet Cleaning just steam cleaned the carpets and area rugs at one of our properties in Vista, and I couldn’t be happier. Communication was clear and prompt throughout the whole process. I accidentally scheduled the cleaning for the wrong day, but they were very understanding and quickly helped me reschedule. Jared arrived right on time, listened carefully to my concerns, and checked out a few spots on the carpet that needed extra care. He got started right away and worked efficiently. WOW – I can’t say enough good things about the carpet cleaning service I received!
