WOW – I can’t say enough good things about the carpet cleaning service I received! I first heard about their cleaning when I moved to Vista, since I have a lot of pets and needed something that could really tackle all the stains and odors. i am absolutely satisfied with the quality and scope of work that jared from Vista Carpet Cleaning provided. he showed up right on time, walked through each room with me, measured the areas that needed cleaning, and gave an updated estimate before starting. jared took his time, used pre-treatment on all the carpets, and made sure every spot was handled, even with two dogs in the house. if he found anything that needed extra care, he made sure to clean it thoroughly. i've tried two other big national carpet cleaning companies... read more

Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have had with a professional company. Firstly, my appointment was scheduled for 10am, which the cleaners called and let us know the day of they would be about 2 hours late. After waiting for hours and having to call the company multiple times due to their lack of communications, the cleaners showed up around 2pm (4 hrs after our original appointment time). Vista Carpet Cleaning is by far the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. My appointment was booked for 10:00 AM — they pushed it to 12:00, then 1:00, and finally didn’t bother showing up until 2:30 in the afternoon. No apology, no urgency, just total disregard for my time. They charged me $300 for a so-called “deep clean,” which was a complete joke.
