Dawn is the best manager I've ever known in my time as a renter! Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. Awesome team/staff. Update as of 2026.... I still love it here.

Since Kelli from Bonita Court has taken over moving from my old unit into my new unit has been easy she fought extremely hard to help me move into a larger unit for me and my daughter and every request I place she ensures ASAP it is taken care of for me.
I have been living at Vista Bonita Apartments now for over 10 years. My experience here has been very rewarding in many ways. Prior to our new management company (Jensen Properties) and our new manager (Dawn Diaz) the property was well kept without improvements with the exception of exterior painting. The new manager of our complex has in a very short period made considerable external improvements to the property which includes a brand new pool, and new pool furnishings.
