I had an excellent experience yesterday at Mini of Coconut Creek. I used my Mini Roadside Assistance (friendly Juan S.) to come to my house and jump start my Mini in the garage that had a dead battery. I let it run for 20 minutes and then drove it down to Mini, where it was checked into service by two very kind young ladies at the service desk. Anderson was excellent. I am extremely happy overall with the service department at Coconut Creek BMW. Every service person I have worked with has been outstanding, to include, Anderson, Frank and Alan. All are very good. Great dealership from a service perspective.
Velma Williams was great. She was always responsive to my needs, even after the sale when I had questions. I bought the car unseen and it was beautiful upon arrival.
