Many reasons this service center is a no go. Recently had a tiny issue with my vehicle that’s still under warranty. They said the issue isn’t covered by warranty and they won’t take it in. Drove to a nearby BMW and they handled it in 15 minutes
If you ever have any issues ask for the director of service. His name is victor and he will treat you like family
