I never disappoint with BMW Coconut Creek, they have a great team to talking care of you. One more thing please give Anderson Amonte a raise. He's great service man ever.
This is the worst BMW service center in South Florida, and you can easily tell that from their Google reviews. I walked in and was told it would only take a short time for someone to assist me, but after 30 minutes, I asked what was going on. The front desk staff said someone was doing a walk-around of my car and that I’d be helped in a few minutes. I had an outstanding experience today at the Service Department at BMW of Coconut Creek. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt well taken care of throughout my visit. A special thank you to Stephan Bonny, who explained the process clearly, was extremely courteous, and even walked me to the waiting area. He gave me an accurate time estimate of an hour and a half, and my car was actually ready in just one hour.
