I asked to speak to a manager because my issue has not been addressed after multiple calls and was told I’m not allowed to speak to a manager. Parking is part of the lease agreement. I was provided the only carport on the property that doesn’t meet building code. The requirement is 13 feet of clear space to enter. There is a transformer blocking my access. Vista Belvedere is an amazing, safe, peaceful place to live with on-site maintenance and a fabulous management team. We absolutely enjoy living here the view is amazing . The staff is very friendly and responsive. Troy is a very knowledgeable maintenance manager and is always on top of your requests. He is great at his job.
