We absolutely enjoy living here the view is amazing . The staff is Troy is a very knowledgeable maintenance manager and is always on top of your requests. He is great at his job. But upper management is rude and dose not care. We have had no bedroom wall just stucco due to leaking windows that started in mid January We are living in a uninhabitable living condition and upper management say that we have a livable space. I asked to speak to a manager because my issue has not been addressed after multiple calls and was told I’m not allowed to speak to a manager. Parking is part of the lease agreement. I was provided the only carport on the property that doesn’t meet building code. The requirement is 13 feet of clear space to enter. There is a transformer blocking my access. Vista Belvedere is an amazing, safe, peaceful place to live with on-site maintenance and a fabulous management team. Troy deserves recognition for his unwavering excellent customer service, quick response, kindness and superior completion of maintenance requests.
