For the most part Vista Apartments are a nice place to live. The 2 bedroom town home is very spacious but all of the appliances look as if they date back to the late 1980's. The molding and the foundation & structure of the buildings are in very poor shape (after moving in an investigating more). Our basement window is a mess, it's falling apart and crumbling upon the window ceil (disgusting). The furnace in the home is very prehistoric (had a few problems with it in the winter months).
