Do not believe the leasing agents...you must show 72k to rent a 2br. They lied to me so they could get $425.00 application/administration fee.
The leasing office are liars.. They will tell you what you want to hear in order for you to pay the application/administration fee,, of $425.00, only to later tell you a different story for financial requirements. You must show at least 72k on 2020 tax returns for a 2br.
All I can say is this place is not cracked up what they make it to be a lot of false advertising
I was going to let this one go, but I am so tired of getting called about a bill that should NOT be mine. I moved out a couple years back with my 60 day notice, leaving my roommate behind to start a new lease on her own. I was told there is nothing further I need to do. I had my notice SIGNED BY MANAGEMENT, only to still be hit with a collection bill from the roommate who stayed. RecommendedFor the most part it’s a quiet community. Close to shopping, restaurants and even the beach.
I was laid off due to covid 19 and the landlord would NOT budge on rent collection. I can take the “do it yourself air filter changes” and the dog feces everywhere. But what I will not support, is being threatened during this time. They are also threatening legal action. Good luck with that. I WAS LAID OFF REMEMBER??
DO NOT LIVE HERE. I was laid off due to covid 19 and still unemployed. I moved out, so they could rent my unit and make money. I paid them $200 as that is all I had to my name. I have an email stating, “ok, best of luck.” From them and now they have taken me to collections. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM ENTERS YOUR UNIT W/O PERMISSION AND THEY HAVE BEEN CAUGHT STEALING. This place is not safe and ran horribly. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE
The employees at Vista at Palma Sola are very helpful and I absolutely love living here. I have been renting for a little over a year and a half and only have positive things to say. Thanks Vista at Palma Sola Crew! You guys are the best!
The office employees, as well as the maintenance, are very helpful and do their best to handle your needs as expeditiously as possible. Sue should be the GM!! 5 stars
