Can someone please point me in the direction of where I can find someone to speak with about my cooling unit? I moved into the unit in January and my heating/cooling unit hasn’t been working properly. I’ve had crazy high bills and was told that they aren’t willing to even do a rebate and it’s hot as hell and I don’t have a cooling system!!!!
