Can someone please point me in the direction of where I can find someone to speak with about my cooling unit? I moved into the unit in January and my heating/cooling unit hasn’t been working properly. I’ve had crazy high bills and was told that they aren’t willing to even do a rebate and it’s hot as hell and I don’t have a cooling system!!!! Don't give them a penny. Was told I qualified for an apartment then after sending $375 on application fees was denied the next day. They have lied to me about refunding me my money for the last 3 months and continue to act as if they are going to give it back.
