This is my second time having to leave a review here in order to have my issues addressed. The last time I removed it after it was resolved, but this time I won’t be doing that. Alyson Royle forced me to switch apartments claiming that my current apartment at the time was in dire need of repairs and I’d be put in a different apt while that’s being done. Do not give any form of payment to Brenna. She will lose it and act like you never provided it to her. They also have a TERRIBLE way of tracking payments. Highly suggest having everything in writing with them.
I love what the Property Manager (Alyson Royle) is doing for the property. What a change for the better it has been in the last year. I see that she cares about the property, and her residents. Keep doing what you're doing Alyson!!!
