I’ve lived here for several years (townhouse) and I can truly say we’ve been very happy here. It’s a safe environment and one where you can feel good about coming home to. We’ve said so many times how it’s great to live peacefully and without worry. We were impressed with how well built the TH’s were as we barely hear our neighbors, which is something you always fear when sharing walls. Had my air conditioning repaired less than a week ago. Complaint was that water was dripping and leaking onto floor of closet where air conditioning unit is located. The water ruined 10+ items in the closet. Repairman came by and installed a “drip pan” in ac unit to stop the leak. 5 days later the unit is now leaking worse. Removed all of the things from the closet and found mold from moisture and drywall, flooring, and baseboards likely damaged. Mostly reviewing this for documentation purposes. See pictures below.
