My daughters and I have enjoyed living here. We have been in one of the townhomes for the past 4 years. It is really nice to have the clubhouse, grills, and pool. The exercise room is a plus for me. I don’t have very far to go to workout. If I want to get away and relax, I can go sit by the pool. Sometimes I feel like I’m at a resort since the Apartments are around the pool area. I’ve lived in a two bedroom/ two bath apartment at The Vista for about 2½ years now, and have truly enjoyed my experience. Even though it’s located just off a four-lane highway, it really feels tucked away from the hustle and bustle. One of my favorite things is sitting on my balcony in the morning and looking out at the trees as the sun rises...it’s peaceful and relaxing. Folks on the other side get to watch the sunset. We’ve been living in a townhouse in the Vista Community for three years now after downsizing, and it has truly been a great experience. The location is perfect for our needs—making commuting for work easy for me to Augusta and for my husband to Aiken. The staff here have always been courteous, professional, and responsive, which has made a big difference in our day-to-day living. I’ve been here for a year now, I really enjoy my home and the neighborhood is quiet. We have a pool, gym, & a dog park. Overall, it’s a good apartment to live at. Only downside is, rent is very expensive.

I absolutely love living at The Vista! The maintenance team and office staff are incredibly responsive and always handle requests with urgency, which makes a huge difference. Everyone here, from the landscapers to fellow residents, is friendly and welcoming! It creates a true sense of community. The amenities are well maintained, affordable, and consistently kept up to a high standard. Overall, it really feels like home and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.
