Dry wall not done by floor bathroom sink, toilet not sealed, no tile/trim sealed. Bathroom light/fan not trimmed seeing upstairs. They better not look!!

Eric and Tyler Operate there company in poor fashion. They have a hard time meeting dead lines and communicating with their subs and at the end of most project they need a 3rd party to communicate with the customers. They've been taken to litigation a few times threw the years to get things back on track or to pay there subs(they gone weeks without paying the employees). As a subcontractor, working with Visser Construction has been anything but smooth. Unorganized and scattered is how I would sum up their order of operations. Communication is less then satisfactory so be sure you write everything down as your project goes on because it is not always black and white with these people. Homeowners should be able to trust they are in good hands when it comes to a a general contractor. Do your research on other general contractors before choosing Visser.

Be advised that once you cross the hazy line of asking too many questions or needing to justify expenses, "Mr. Visser" will simply stop replying to your emails.
