They redid railings and replaced about a third of the deck boards. Found them through a Tinley Park community page when I was asking around. The deck feels solid underfoot now, no more wobbling
our back deck was rotting along the ledger board and a few of the boards were soft enough that I stopped letting people walk past a certain point. they pulled the bad stuff out, replaced what needed replacing and resealed the whole thing. looks like a deck I actually want to use again.

Had a bunch of rotted boards swapped out and the whole deck refinished. Color came out pretty darn close to what was, aiready there, which surprised me. Feels sturdy under your feet again - that was the main thing I cared about.
reached out through their website and got a call back same day which was cool. the person on the phone actually listened to what i was describing instead of just quoting me sight unseen. when they came out to look at it they walked the whole deck and pointed out a few areas i hadnt even noticed were starting to go. scheduling was easy, they had an opening like a week and a half out. day of the work it was mostly just board replacements and sanding down some rough patches then resealing everything. end result looks really cle... read more
