Our back deck was in rough shape after years of us ignoring it. A few boards were soft and the railing had some wobble to it that made me nervous with people leaning on it. I got a couple quotes and these folks were the ones who genuinely walked the whole deck with me and pointed out what needed replacing versus what could just be cleaned up and stained. Our deck had a few boards that were soft and one of the stair stringers was starting to pull away from the frame. I was nervous about anyone stepping on it the wrong way. WoodCare came out, took a real look at it, and explained to me what actually needed replacing versus what was still solid. They swapped the bad boards, rebuilt the stair section, and tightened up the railings. Feels sturdy again, which is all I really wanted out of the whole thing.
They redid railings and replaced about a third of the deck boards. Found them through a Tinley Park community page when I was asking around. The deck feels solid underfoot now, no more wobbling
