Excellent service really friendly and professional on their job. I was in and out and also I’ll call ahead of time to get the information I need and paperwork I need to come in both of the workers in the visitor center are super professional and super friendly and really good job
The process to get on base was super smooth and timely. Same for the process to get my new CAC. I transitioned from active service to reserves so I had a gap between my active CACs so I was very impressed with how easy it was to get my reserve CAC. Staff at the ID office on base were very kind and helpful over the phone and in person with getting my new ID. Best base l've ever been to for new IDs for sure!!
Might post on the website that they close down for lunch from 11:30 -12:30
