my patient has these people and they are HORRIBLE, the girl who handles sending out meds and answering calls, Robin, has the WORST attitude, they keep messing up her meds so she doesn't get them on time and winds up sick, and really they could care less. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone please find a real Dr.

Very hard to get in touch with someone. I called and called..My client needs a visit.
Called to schedule for my mom. They insisted I had to give Medicare card and they had to verify. They did and said nurse practitioner molly would be calling. It’s been four weeks not one call. Called back and told them no one called they said they like let her know still nothing. Why bother with the pretense of screening with Medicare if not bothering to follow up. Running a scam on Medicare maybe?
