I dealt with Dr Green at a facility for my mother and he prescribed her medication the day she moved in. He didn't see her for an evaluation beforehand therefor how could he know what, if any meds to prescribe for her. He is a pill doctor and I don't recommend him to anyone and the facility removed him due to families complaining about how he was over medicating the patients.
