The home care individual's that came out, Jennifer Edgar and her assistant, provided excellent care and covered my issues to my satisfaction. They had an excellent bedside manner and I would welcome them any time for my at home visits. Ken Conley E Bernstadt, KY
my parents have been seen by this place for awhile and the doctors and n.p are usually very attentive and thorough but the np that just came the other day found it to hard to write a prescription!!!
The receptionist Marie is the nastiest person to talk to you on the phone. She is rude and does not let you talk. They need to get rid of her before you lose a lot of people I see the reviews about her are very bad. Why is she still there I don’t know.
I have spoke with this facility on many different occasions- in a professional manor and it’s by far the worst experience I have ever dealt with. I can honestly say, I have never dealt with someone as rude as MARIA, in all my life! She is a poor excuse for a human being. I haven’t spoke with her EVER and she even remotely be pleasant, and I attempt to give those the benefit of the doubt because we all have bad days. Front desk receptionist/desk nurse is completely rude. Id never allow my employees to talk to people the way she does. Always cuts people off mid conversation. NP Krista Hodges is great. The communication is not very good either.
