I have spent a total of 2 hours on hold in one day in order to speak to someone. I am a teacher which means a total of 2 hours away from my students.
I had a family member who is receiving through them and the front Desk lady named R'*****' was beyond rude. I am amazed that they employ such people in their office or Nursing department. I once said "I don't understand" to which R***** says "You don't seem to understand anything". She was hands down the rudest person I ever spoke to. You give them business, only to be insulted by their customer reps later. Avoid at all costs.They really really suck
