The nurse practitioner does not call you back. I’ve been waiting two months for her to call me so I can talk to her personally.(Tyra.) does not refill my medication when it’s due to be refilled. I’ve been waiting three days for my pain meds they act like it’s a big deal to give me Tylenol fours like it’s a hard narcotic.. they keep changing my nurse practitioner. The worse communication. I’ve got to find a new doctor that stresses me out..
Horrible place. No communication no care for your health at all. They do what they want when they want. You could die waiting on a follow up or stop a life threatening medication. Cincinnati location
