Case manager was unprofessional suggested to go dig in someones garbage for furniture to a patient who had a stroke and falls down sometimes who has left side weakness and who couldnt afford furniture, said plenty of people do it which is un heard of from a health professional with so much bacteria and sicknesses out there and when asked to speak to a supervisor was hung up on, if i could give no stars i would one star is giving too much credit they never have the same information as me and are stingy with the hours and focu... read more

they will force your loved one into horrible positions for their bottom line. they wouldn't give us ot for 3 weeks. they are so money hungry they're admit you without proper staffing

So far our experience w/ VNS has been less than stellar, we transferred from Hamaspik choice where my loved one had moms meals set up and an aid set to start right from day one. With VNS we are 3 weeks in and the still no food authorization in sight. Literally going to the food pantry tomorrow on behalf of my loved. They do not return phone calls, honestly VNS was a mistake. I have no idea to how I don't have home services after giving the authorization number after being released from the hospital I have multiple amputations have falls as well to make it even stronger I have done several zoom assessments and too no avail I have any services can someone explain to me how to get help with this
