Do not use them! They have no sort of schedule for appointments!!! They do not believe a patient comes first! How can you schedule Dr appointments around a no schedule with therapy?! They really are horrible! I will say that when a nurse or therapist shows up they are great! But customer service is horrible to get appointments..
I have selected the 5-star category for this post after reviewing the history of VNS Health because I was captivated by how VNS started and how it continues to grow as a viable community service. Moreover, I am hopeful to one day be part of the VNS history as well as a new employee, also contributing to serving the community with services.
