I giev them one star only because they have a wonderful physical therapist who did her best to help us. The nurse was irresponsible and sometimes did not come or call and was not helpful when we had a problem but told me to call the doctor when she should have consulted with him and helped us. The aides we needed and were told we should get 5 days for 4 hours never arrived and when I called to ask, the office was nasty to me.
