This company is a complete joke! I called multiple times to complain to then be given the run around. 1. I had to repeat important information for my nurse multiple times ( she would write them down) and repeat back something completely different 2. When I asked her questions, her favorite line was “talk to your doctor”, I told her multiple times who my current PCP was and she continued to call and follow up with an old doctor. All she did was come to my home to take my temperature and blood pressure and would leave. No questions, no assistance, nothing! I am in a wheelchair after having lumbar surgery. She literally couldn’t answer basic questions. I had to result today google and YouTube videos to help myself. I was told my services were supposed to end the second week of June. I called today to speak with a manager ( I was given the runaround yet again TYPICAL) and they told me that my services actually ended May 24. Wow! When were they going to tell me this?? Meanwhile I’m contacting my PT for information and of course no response. You guys are the worst. Thankfully, I’m young and I am going to get better ( without the help of you guys thank you very much) but it makes me feel so bad for those who are older and really need all of the help they can get and you guys just simply don’t care. Since you guys like to ignore messages, I plan on going on Yelp, BBB, and any other platform to write a review.
For families who are considering this service for your loved ones- don’t waste your time! Find a more professional company that actually cares about their patients. They are horrible and will just waste your time, energy, and money!
