We used them for palliative, not hospice, but they strung us along during crucial healing time because they didn't have some of the therapies we signed on for. The nurses were amazing, the therapists were amazing, the office staff --- was not.
Do not use Visiting Nurses. They are terrible. If you want good care, find another provider. Run not walk as far away from this company as you can.
