We had the pleasure of having Jonthan stop by our nursing home today and let me just say… this person could sell ice to a polar bear. 😂 He came in prepared, personable, knowledgeable, and somehow managed to make us genuinely excited about this company and what you all offer. Look elsewhere for Hospice, Bereavement, Homehealth, or any quality of care. Unfortunately the long standing VNA, has been reduced to minimal staff and incomplete care. Jeff & Ryan (the new owners) took what was a long standing and respected organization and have driven it to a bad place, unfortunately. Jackie Newbert (the new fix) came in and had no clue how to care for people or sick patients and fired, released, terminated, anyone who made her feel incompetent, which she was.
