Not sure how to feel.Rn was annoying,not sure why she visited..HHA was suppose to work 1 1/2 hr.The 3 times she came,the first time was 45 min,second time was 1hr 10 min,last day we made her stay 1 1/2 hr..PT and OT were sub par.Best thing they said was recommended a chair that assist standing..Not pleased with service AT ALL

Carlus Fuller was a wonderful health care aide. Carlus Fuller was an angel. He helped me with the care my brother during a difficult time. I appreciate him so much. I can't find the words to explain my gratitude. God bless VNA Health Hospice.

Still very rude Jacqueline I guess shes a supervisor nurse or whatever no bedside maner shes very unprofessional dont care at all about the patient needs shes clueless about how to be compassionate they dont seem to care about how patients relying on them and their help and they want you to feel like they are doing you a favor management does nothing and then end up back in the hospital because of their negligence and do not take responsibility for their actions there are now more options for homecare shopping around keep sa... read more
