I would give them 0 stars if i could. The service is terrible.
I have never written a review, but my experience at VNA of Hudson Valley (VNAHV) was perhaps the worst I have had. After surgery, I was discharged from a hospital which had some sort of agreement with this service. Although I was told I could pick another service, the VNAHV took my insurance, so I just went with them. I was told by a VNAHV representative at the hospital that the VNAHV would call the next day. to set up a dressing change. No call. I finally called, and was put on hold several times, and then for nearly 20 min... read more
if I could give a negative 5 stars I..had a complaint about tharapist today asked to speak to ellen a supervisor she was on the phone I asked "IS EVERYONE ON THE PHONE SHE (PAT) REPLIED I DON'T KNOW I DON'T HAVE XRAY VISION. ....need I say more yes I think I will don't use this agency
