I would highly recommend the services of VNA and extend my sincerest appreciation to Colleen, Chandler, Daphnee, Caroline and Shafeena for all their amazing support and the care they are providing to my father. The VNA team has gone above and beyond to help dad maintain his independence and stay in his home while being healthy and safe. They are great providers and truly care about their patients!

I was hired by VNA on July 1, 2025 working PRN as a registered nurse. I went full time with VNA on October 1, 2025. I’ve been a registered nurse for almost 21 years and I have never been so disgusted by how this company treats their employees. I worked mainly in The Villages but when a nurse is on vacation I would work in Ocala and at times have driven all the way down to Spring Hill. I have loved my experience with the VNA. My nurse, Robert was so attentive to my needs.Very professional explained the process to me with details and always answered all my questions and concerns. My physical therapist , Jason and my PTA Dana have been fantastic! They gave me great exercise program to help me get out and moving. Dana my PTA even got me outside walking again with confidence. Between Robert, Jason and Dana they have got me back to the quality of life I deserve. Thank you VNA.

I am sorry that I have to give such a poor rating. I chose VNA as I had them a few years ago and my experience was great. This time however I needed serious physical therapy but I did not get it. I started out having 3x a week then someone decided that once a well was enough. I needed some serious physical therapy so my insurance was charged $250 for some simple leg exercises not true physical therapy. I have not improved, I still fall backward nor can I walk.
