Wouldn’t recommend as an employer OR for a caregiver for my family as I’ve personally experienced both ends through this company. As an employee I never met my boss, I was constantly having pay issues some shifts not getting paid at all or having to wait weeks for them to fix my pay, the boss I did have lied a lot and always had an issue with her making promises she never held up to. Scheduling visits was a nightmare. I had daily care for over a month and had had at least 6 different nurses. One nurse spoke to a visitor about my medical condition without my permission.

Excellent home nursing service. Nurse Brittany questioned the condition of my wife's right arm thinking that it could be a blood clot. She recommended that we show our PCP or go back to the Emergency Room. After an Ultrasound it was a blood clot in her arm. Excellent observation by a dedicated wonderful nurse. Many thanks to all at VNA.
